Colorado: Part 3

Chris and Jarum went to a Denver Nuggets game on Saturday with the big kids.  Chris had never been to a professional basketball game before and was happy that the Nuggets won.  

 Last night before we left, we decided to make pizzas for dinner.  Each kid got to make their own personal pizza.  The bigger kids even got a lesson from Chris on pizza dough tossing.  They thought it was so fun.

Izzy likes to be wrapped like a burrito and sleeps like that every night.  She looks like such a porcelain doll in this picture.  What a cutie-patootie!

We will sure miss Jarum and Naomi & Co.  Naomi laughs all the time and it is always fun to be around people who laugh!  The kids are just sweet as honey.  I got so many hugs and kisses!  I will surely miss all of them.  It is always such fun to see Jarum and Chris together because they are a lot alike.  They play off each others jokes and they have the same funny laugh.  It is even funnier to hear Naomi imitate their laughing!  :)  huh-huh-huh-huh  LOL!

We love you, the other Boyers!  Thank you for having us and we hope you know how much we love you!

Colorado: Part 2

Colorado was great.  The weather was wonderful.  Jarum and Naomi were so hospitable and kind.  We had a great time and are telling everyone we know to move there!  Colorado rules!  We took the kids to the Museum of Nature and Science.  We wished we had had a bit more time to go through all the exhibits.  Neat place.

 We toured model homes (which is something I LOVE to do) and fell in love with a house I can't afford!  All the houses there have awesome basements.  Below is where we found Sarah and Josh hiding.

 Josh and Sarah playing in snow at the model homes.  By the 3rd or 4th day in CO, all the snow was pretty much melted.  After that, the whole week was sunny and warm.

Cousins are GREAT!!!

We celebrated Kaylee's birthday.  Chris and Kaylee did a joint effort decorating the cake.

More Izzy Pictures!  Hooray!  Can I just tell you what a perfect doll this child is?!?!  I love you, Izzy!

 In the next picture, I see a lot of Jacob in her.  Babies are so special.  I am sad to think how much she will have grown by the time we will see her next.

Colorado: Part 1

 Day one in Colorado:  Laughing galore!  James and Sarah LOVE the snow!  They go out to play in it often.  And since the backyard has a slope, the kids can just go in the backyard and sled around.  I never was much of a fan of snow, but I have found that snow is MUCH more fun when it is in your backyard because you can just go inside when you get cold... having a house in the snow is just way cool.

The kids are having fun!  And so are we!!!

Just Dance

We had a nice Christmas.  My sister got the Wii game, Just Dance 2, for Christmas and we have all had a fun time playing.  We laughed watching Haleigh and James perform duets together.
