Valentine's Day


My kids make me happy!  And so does my hubby!  Normally, I always make a heart shaped meatloaf for Valentine's Day, but this year, we switched up the menu a bit... and had an asian theme dinner.  Sushi and edamame for appetizer, chinese chicken salad and green bean chicken over rice for main course.  For dessert, chocolate dipped fortune cookies!  The kids enjoy having a fancy dinner with sparkling cider and I think we had about 5 toasts (they just love clinking the glasses together).  We ate way too much chocolate!
Life is good!
