Arizona heat!

This past weekend, I went to Arizona for my Uncle Larry's wedding. It was a short trip (sat-mon) and it was full of things to do. I did lose 5 pounds while there, mostly because I was busy and skipped 2 out of 3 meals each day. :) Anyway, here are some pics from the trip.

First day, I took Lexie and Dillon (Larry's kids) out shopping for clothes for the wedding. They showed me this... which of course I had to take a picture of for Chris:
Another cool palm tree? ..... No! It's a telephone poll! So awesome. I think cities should make them all look like this. Then, it was wedding time. They had the wedding in the backyard. This picture above is of my old bishop, Terry Williams. Have you ever met someone who simply radiated love? This is that person. He is so special because he makes you instantly feel loved. It just radiates from his being. I was so happy to see him!
Boy did we have a nice time at the party! Larry's closest friends came from far places too and they were awesome! They helped set up and we had a really nice time talking and laughing all day. I wished they could have stayed a bit longer. I wasn't ready for the fun to end, and I just enjoyed making new friends. I can't say enough about Larry's buddies. Kind hearted, fun guys. Enjoyed them all immensely. I got the see my cousin, Mary and her family while I was there. Her baby, Taylor, made me wish that I had brought Sarah with me. They would have had lots of fun together. I also got to visit with my old roommate, Haleigh. She is due to have a baby boy in 3 weeks and looks amazing! She looks no more than about 5 months pregnant. I just love that girl! Below is her daughter, Aubree. Isn't she a cutie? She is quite a smiley, happy little thing. All in all, great trip.
